Digital Products
We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product only if:
- The digital file is corrupted or does not function as described.
- You have not downloaded the product yet.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
No Refunds for “Change of Mind”
Due to the nature of digital content (which can be downloaded immediately), we generally do not offer a refund on a purchase once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded, unless required under local consumer law.
EU/UK Customers & Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you usually have a right to cancel a contract within 14 days. However, by purchasing and downloading our digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that performance of the contract begins immediately, and you hereby waive your right of withdrawal once the download has started.
